A doctor who takes your goals as seriously as you do.
Built for the goals your doctor isn't set up for
Most doctors are set up to handle what's already wrong. Bring up weight, hormones, or your bloodwork and you often hear "your numbers are normal — come back next year." Insurance pays them to treat illness, not to optimize health. Velri is the other side: proactive, goal-first, unhurried, by phone or video in all 50 states, paid directly — no denials or prior auths. One care team tracks your labs and goals over time, alongside your doctor.

Velri
One coordinated care team
Coordinated by one team
Weight, hormones, peptides, NAD+, sexual wellness, and labs under one care team — the whole picture, not siloed products. Care comes from independent, physician-led Provider Groups; Velri coordinates and keeps it organized.
Driven by your labs
Built on your real numbers, not a quiz. Independent certified labs feed the provider's plan, and your team tracks them against your goals over time — adjustments by data, not guesswork.
Transparent pass-through pricing
One flat membership plus one per-order fee, the same on every product. Medication at actual pharmacy cost, consults passed straight through — no markup. Membership is Velri's only revenue, so there's nothing to upsell.
Proactive longevity, on your terms
Velri is about where you want to go — weight, energy, hormones, sleep — not just whether your labs read 'normal.' Phone and video, all 50 states, on your schedule. Built to complement your doctor, not replace them.
A calm, no-hype brand
No miracles, no numbers we can't stand behind. Compounded medications are not FDA approved — stated plainly. Supplements aren't medications and haven't been evaluated by the FDA. Honest, grown-up healthcare in plain language.
Common questions.
Why Velri instead of my regular doctor?
Your doctor handles what's already wrong, usually in a short insurance-paid visit, and many won't engage with optimization goals while your labs look 'normal.' Velri is the proactive side: goal-focused, unhurried, paid directly — no denials or prior auths. One care team tracks your labs and goals across all 50 states, alongside your doctor, not instead of them.
How is this different from Hims, Ro, and other telehealth services?
Most do one thing: a quick form, one pill, done. Velri is a coordinated program — weight, hormones, peptides, NAD+, sexual wellness, and labs under one care team that sees the whole picture. Decisions follow your real lab results, not a checkbox quiz, and pricing is transparent pass-through.
Is this safe and legit?
Yes. Velri is a non-clinical technology and coordination company — it doesn't practice medicine or pharmacy. Care comes from independent, physician-led Provider Groups; medications are dispensed by independent licensed pharmacies; labs are run by independent certified labs. Whether any medication is appropriate is always a licensed provider's decision.
What does 'compounded, not FDA approved' mean?
Compounded medications are made by a licensed pharmacy for a specific patient rather than mass-produced as a brand-name product, so they are not FDA approved. That isn't the same as unsafe — it's a different process. A licensed provider decides whether a compounded medication is appropriate for you, and only if prescribed.
Do I have to leave my current doctor?
No. Velri works alongside your regular doctor. They handle illness and checkups; Velri focuses on your longevity and optimization goals. Keep your primary care provider in the loop.
How does pricing work, and why is it different?
Transparent pass-through: one flat monthly membership plus one per-order fee, the same on every product. Medication is billed at actual pharmacy cost and any consult is passed straight through — no markup. Membership is the only place Velri earns money, so there's no incentive to upsell.
Is a prescription guaranteed if I join?
No. Joining, paying for membership, or completing the intake never guarantees a prescription. Whether any medication is appropriate is decided only by a licensed, independent provider based on your information and, where needed, your labs. If it's not right for you, you won't be prescribed it — that's the safe and correct outcome.
What states is Velri available in, and who is eligible?
Velri coordinates care via telehealth across all 50 states. Eligibility for any service depends on your location, your health information, and the provider's clinical judgment. Velri is pre-launch and opening to its founding cohort, so the first step is the waitlist.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Membership is month to month with no long-term contract, and you keep access through the period you've paid for. Exact steps will be shared when membership opens at launch.
Is my health data private?
Yes. Velri handles your health information under HIPAA. It's used to coordinate your care and shared only with the providers, pharmacies, and labs serving you, or as the law requires. It is never sold. Full details are in our Privacy Policy and Notice of Privacy Practices.
How does it actually work, step by step?
Three steps, one team: (1) complete an intake covering your goals and health info, with labs where they help; (2) an independent provider reviews everything and decides what, if anything, is appropriate, and any medication is filled by a licensed pharmacy and shipped — only if prescribed; (3) your care team follows up over time, tracking labs and goals.
What if I'm not eligible for something I wanted?
If a provider decides a medication or service isn't appropriate, you won't be prescribed it — safety comes first. Often they can suggest other options that fit your goals more safely. You're never charged for a medication you aren't prescribed.
Are supplements the same as medications?
No. Supplements are not medications. These statements about supplements have not been evaluated by the FDA, and supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Any medication decisions are made separately by a licensed provider.
Will I talk to a real provider?
Yes. Care comes from licensed, independent, physician-led Provider Groups — not Velri, and not a chatbot. The provider reviews your information and makes the clinical decisions. Velri coordinates and keeps your labs and goals in one place.
What can I do right now, before launch?
Velri is pre-launch and opening to a founding cohort, so the best step is the waitlist. Members are first in line when membership opens. Joining doesn't commit you to anything and isn't a guarantee of any medication or service.
